Provide chair-side assistance for dentists by supplying appropriate instruments and materials as needed, and supporting all aspects of dental, laboratory, and administrative services.

Prepare workspaces and ensure that all instruments, equipment, and materials are sterilized in accordance with OSHA regulations and readily accessible for scheduled procedures.

Carry out specialized tasks, including dental radiographic (X-ray) imaging, preparing amalgam and composite restorations, fabricating temporary and permanent crowns.

Instruct English-/Spanish-speaking patients on procedures, post-operative care, and oral hygiene.

 Provide physical and verbal instruction for English- and Spanish-speaking students.

Organize and plan events, including state and national competitions.
